Shipping policy
When you purchase books or goods from our Shop (located at https://rachael-shelton.com/ hereafter known as the Shop), the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
- Digital goods are delivered instantly by an email from BookFunnel to the email address you used at Checkout. If you do not see it, please check your Spam, or if using Gmail, check your Promotions tab.
- Print books are delivered by a print-on-demand print partner, after printing and shipping. Print books are shipped by LULU Print on Demand Publishing, Amazon Print on Demand Publishing, Lightning Source Print on Demand Publishing OR the author. Print time is usually 7 to 10 days. After books are printed, they are shipped. We do not control shipping times.

To USA: 12 - 14 working days depending on shipping options.
Internationally: (Currently Unavailable 21 - 28 working days)
The checkout page offers a variety of shipping options to choose from.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient if physical goods. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
